What is Dilr.ai?
Dilr.ai is an AI platform with two flagship products: Dilr Voice, a multi-agent voice AI platform for inbound and outbound phone calls, and DILR Studio, a promptless content-creation engine. Both are built for businesses that want to deploy AI without writing code.
What products does Dilr.ai offer?
Dilr Voice handles AI-powered phone calls — outbound campaigns, inbound front desk, lead qualification, post-call automation, and compliance. DILR Studio creates brand-locked marketing content — blog posts, social media, email sequences — without prompts. We also offer AI consulting services (Placement Diagnostic, Operating Model, Execution Office) for enterprises.

Yes. Every new account starts with $20 in free credits — no credit card, no commitment. You can build agents, upload knowledge bases, and run test calls. When you are ready to scale, usage-based pricing starts at $0.14 per minute.
Dilr Voice
What is multi-agent voice AI?
Instead of one monolithic prompt handling an entire phone call, Dilr Voice lets you chain multiple specialized agents — greeter, qualifier, knowledge, customer care, action, and any custom type — into a single conversation. Each agent has its own prompt, LLM model, temperature, and tools. Context flows seamlessly between agents during handoff, invisible to the caller.
How many agents can I use?
There is no hard limit. You can chain 5+ agent types — greeter, qualifier, knowledge, customer care, action, marketing, or fully custom agents — in a single call. Each agent can use a different LLM model and different tools. Configure everything from the visual editor.
What languages are supported?
Dilr Voice supports 30+ languages with native voice synthesis, including English (US, UK, AU), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, and more.
How is Dilr Voice priced?
Usage-based, per-minute pricing with volume tiers. Starter is free with $20 trial credits and one agent. Growth plans start at $0.14 per minute. Enterprise is annual with dedicated tenancy. No per-seat fees. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can I run outbound campaigns?
Yes. Upload a CSV of contacts, assign an agent, configure scheduling windows (with daily start/end times), and launch. Real-time analytics show outcomes, sentiment distribution, and calls per day. You can pause and resume campaigns at any time. The platform auto-pauses at your configured daily end time.
Does Dilr Voice comply with TCPA/GDPR?
Yes. Dilr ships per-country compliance rules out of the box — recording consent, DNC registry checks, opt-out recognition, and permitted calling hours for the US, UK, EU, India, Australia, and more. Full audit trails on every call for regulatory review. See the compliance section for details.
What telephony providers do you support?
Dilr Voice supports Twilio and Vobiz. For outbound campaigns, you need your own Twilio or Vobiz account. For inbound front desk and contact form calls, our built-in Twilio integration is included. You can bring your existing phone numbers or provision new ones directly from the platform.
DILR Studio
What does promptless mean?
DILR Studio does not ask you to write prompts. Instead, it learns your brand voice, tone, and style from your existing content and company context. You select a content type, provide a topic or brief, and Studio generates on-brand output — no prompt engineering required.
What types of content can DILR Studio create?
Blog posts, social media captions, email sequences, ad copy, landing page copy, and more. Each content type follows your brand guidelines automatically, including tone, vocabulary, formatting, and call-to-action patterns.
Is content versioned?
Yes. Every piece of content in DILR Studio is versioned. You can review previous drafts, compare changes, and roll back to any prior version at any time.
What is brand-locked content?
Brand-locked content means the AI output is constrained to your approved brand guidelines — tone of voice, terminology, messaging pillars, and visual style. This prevents off-brand hallucinations and ensures every piece of content is publication-ready without manual brand review.
Technical
What LLM models do you use?
Dilr Voice supports multiple OpenAI models including GPT-4.1 and GPT-4.1-nano. Each agent in a multi-agent pipeline can use a different model — use a powerful model for complex knowledge queries and a faster model for simple greetings. Model selection is configurable per agent in the visual editor.
Can I use my own Twilio account?
Yes. For outbound campaigns, you must bring your own Twilio or Vobiz account. For inbound front desk and contact form calls, our built-in Twilio integration handles everything. Connect your Twilio credentials in the platform settings — no code required.
Is there an API?
Yes. Dilr provides a platform API for programmatic access to agents, campaigns, leads, knowledge bases, and call data. The API powers the same features available in the dashboard. Contact us for API documentation and access.
Where is data hosted?
Dilr runs on Google Cloud Platform (GKE) with data encrypted at rest and in transit. Call recordings, transcripts, and knowledge base data are stored securely. For enterprise customers, we offer dedicated tenancy and regional data residency options. See our privacy policy and DPA for details.
